I had mods on when I started the settlement missions.
The first mission is to go to the motel and help Rachel. When I got back to the settlement, instead of going to the second mission, it just says Finish building the barracks.
I read on the internet everywhere that you need to get the supplies from the right places, but I can’t start the factory mission. Does anyone have a way to fix this?
