I don’t know if it’s just me or not but the only thing that works is the all special skills active hack.

btw EN is for character ENhancements and BR is actually supposed to be "RB" for Recollection Bits 🙃 noticed the ingame currencies trying to change/refresh whenever you enable/disable either one but it ends up returning back to the original value 😭

Try Upgrading you Character and Scenario Cards, all you need is the extra shards to upgrade. You don’t need Ressonant or Blitz to upgrade your Character/Scenario to tier 1 to 5.
