There's a difference between supporting iOS Version and devices. But you can give it a try.

 

Try IPA Installer's forced install option on FIFA 16 on an old, unsupported device and if you're successful, make a tutorial for everyone else.

Works on my iPad Mini 2. Maybe go into Safe Mode and try it there? Or try installing using IPA Installer.

Oh, I got it with IPA Installer. The instructions for iDevice only. It shows both Logos at start, the gamevil and other one. Then at the loading screen, it just freezes for 2-3 secs and Crashes/Closes.

Might be your device. Did you try Safe Mode?

properly follow the instruction both trick use appcake & ifunbox but I have a latest version of ifunbox is this problem
