Help/Support Can't Pass Tutorial or Load Account on Hacked Version

Hey everyone,

I'm having some serious issues with my Last Day on Earth (LDOE) account and could really use some advice. Here's what's going on:

• Platform: I'm playing on the latest iOS version with the latest LDOE update.
• Problem: Every time I try to log in on the hacked version of the game, I can't pass the tutorial. Specifically, after eating the berries and doing the small side missions, I get stuck at the base and can't progress.
• Attempted Solutions:
  • When I switch back to the original version of LDOE, I can pass the tutorial without any problems. But then, when I try to go back to the hacked version, the loading bar gets stuck every single time. !!!
  • I have two max-level accounts that I can't even access anymore because they get stuck on the loading screen in the hacked version.

Questions:

1. Is there something I did wrong, or is this a known issue? What might be causing this problem, and how can I fix it? It's super frustrating not being able to play on my main accounts.
2. What is JIT mode? I’ve heard about this JIT mode but don't really understand what it is. Could this be related to my issue?
3. How can I confirm that JIT mode is enabled? Is it possible that the problems I'm having are because of JIT mode, or is it something else?

Even when I don't use JIT mode, my character still gets stuck. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have already done that.
Now i cant even pass the tutorial on the hacked ipa, so how am i going to fix it then.
