Hey guys I accidentally cleaned a drive with diskpart which i probably dunno which one, i thought its my usb :( now when i boot into my pc it shows this error "BOOTMGR is missing" :(

There's a possibility you may have wiped your whole Operating System. Can you boot using your Windows DVD?

I have a bootable usb containing win 7, can i use this?

and after it boot into the windows 7 installation, what should i do?

Use CMD to check your hard drives. diskpart

bro i didnt clean the system one, there is a hidden drive that is only 100mb i cleaned that :/

Okay but we can use CMD to fix your issue also. :)
