People were able to fix the Cydia crashes by restoring and re-jailbreaking.

I tried to restore it but I don't how to, because the itunes logo in dfu/recovery mode isn't showing. I was using the hard reset too.

 

In apple logo, my ipad seems to play it's notification sound everytime I connect it to my pc.

You don't need recovery mode or DFU if your iPad turns. Just plug it in to your PC and restore normally.

Yes I did all that but itunes doesnt do his thing to restore my iPad and I'll be glad to do that if I have a fast internet, sadly I don't have.  I'm just using the manual restore using the keys "shift+click on restore" thing.

You don't even need to Shift + Click on restore. Just click on restore.

@DiDA thank you for the response but I managed to help myself from RESTORE to RE-JB process. What I did was the "shift+click to restore" thing. Sadly my iTunes doesn't have the latest iOS9.0.2 (ipsw file) because I updated my iPad on wifi only. So that's why I used the "shift+click" thing.

 

For those who had an error on trying to JB your's, just do the Restore and Re-JB thing.

Try:

 

• re-downloading Apple File Conduit "2"
• downloading iFile from Lydia and seeing what happens
• re-connecting your device to your computer
• updating iFunBox or iExplorer or whatever you're using
