Did you update to iOS 9.0.2 with iTunes or OTA? Usually issues arises when you update OTA and try to jailbreak.

Um,Respring happens after you install a tweak in Cydia if you know that.

No, just slow to realize what was meant. Kinda felt dumb after lol. Question...can I respring another way without installing tweaks? And what about turning off the phone for a while? Is that still possibly a problem?

I was scared to reboot sometimes

It would made me stuck at the boot loop which make me to restore many times

 

So I download this tweak called

"EasySpring2"

It might look weird on IPad but just do it portrait
