    i got a video of shmoo's hack on my youtube about the bloons tower defence battles and i get only android comments and wonder if you can get this type of thing for android or no if there is any possible way please provide

    I think there's Cydia Substrate on Android but it wouldn't work because apk and ipa are different.

    It's not Cydia Substrate but something similar. There is no Cydia on Android :p
