ACT II building in settlement.

Can you “hack upgrade” floor and walls in your settlement without getting your game ruined? 
 

p.s. is duping act 2 special items still an issue in hack v1.20.3?

Most likely it will NEVER be possible to dupe the special items. As for your other question, please explain further what you mean.

Free building works in settlement, however, free upgrading something such as a pallet will break your game. Therefore I'm a bit hesitant to upgrade to use the free upgrading hack on floors and walls in the settlement as I'm not sure if it'll ruin my game or not.
