Binding and Restoring Progress Without Game Center for Sideloadly

Unable to play , always stuck in to loading even tutorial when they asked us to leave the world . Everytime we leave the game or accidentally clear its automatically reset the game making us to do over again . We cant connect to our kefire account always end up in loading screen .

trying to use an old account but it's not letting me. I thought I connected the account but a different account comes up instead, any ideas why and how to fix?

Fail restored it say Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid.
