Make a guest account or a limited account and let everyone use it everyone can use it as limited users but you can do anything example installing a software right click run as administrator and here you go ???? and if you create a limited account then when u logout ctrl + alt + del and login with your administrator account ????

will that give my user account admin rights and hiding my admin status?

actually I mean my mom has family safety for my sisters and they will see my admin account that's why

Well, why not just make a regular users account for yourself also but don't restrict anything on it?

 

If you need to run something as admin, you can enter an administrator's password.
