Help/Support Is my file good as dead?

Sorry to bother everyone but I have a pretty bad issue 
my save file has had issues for a while 

it started when I put a older hacked version stack of meat into my dog feeder it didn’t count the food ever since then I couldn’t use dogs or anything dog related again I thought at the time I can live with this it’s not game breaking 

this leads me to the new problem when I try to move my character the game freezes and then I end up on a loading new area screen I can’t move without leaving a area I’ve tried to fix it it won’t go away I can’t play the game 

I don’t want to lose this save file I have corgis skins an atv boat and motorcycle and some seasonal loot is this a lost cause to try and save the file 

I can live without dogs it’s not a big deal to me 

but is my save doomed to the trash 

hacks I run the cydia tweak iOS gods non jailed version igamegod and for any purchases I download the non hacked version and save and go back to hacked

I have videos that show off the problem with movement of that can be fixed can I fix my dog issues?
