General PS2 Games?

This is quite the bit of an off topic sort of thing, but I dont want to open up another account on another forum just to ask it there. I want to get my brother gaming, but not on anything serious. Just sort of gradually get him there. So, are there any websites where I can download PS2 games onto a CD and play it off of that, and is it even possible? Thank you for looking!

ok so first of all that is super illegal, I think it is illegal but I don't think you can do that without paying and if you want him to start gaming try some free ios games or if you want some ps2 games specifically just save money and buy it for him

Thepiratebay has a lot of PS2 games. They're free.

 

You can download their ISO and run them on emulators on PC or iOS and I think burning them to a DVD might work too? Not sure 100%.
