General Are VideoGames Bad for You

Hello,I Have been thinking about quoting gaming as my family and the internet believe that it is unhealthy I’m kind of a chunky human so I’m not the most healthy person people also say that it makes you angry and I have seen some examples like my father which rages and is pretty loud but can’t blame him he plays a nonfun game but still it is rumoured it is bad for your eyesight and brain I don’t believe that as I’m not easy to crack or lie to and that’s why I’m asking.

I believe anything (that is good) becomes unhealthy when consumed too much. If you are a casual gamer that only plays few hours per week, I don't see that much of an issue.

For your chunkiness, you might want to get your diet correct  better fast every Monday & Thursday or eat salads regularly without sweets, soda, etc. next to it tho

Anything overindulged in can be unhealthy; like an over exposure to 100% pure oxygen or drinking too much water. It can hurt, but if you do it in moderation, then it’s fine. Gaming is good for a couple hours a day as it gives you release from stress from the day to day stressors. 12 hours a day may be too much, but no, video games aren’t bad
