Help/Support Loading stuck

When I move to go to the map it stays with a tiny bit of the loading bar unfollows and won’t let me leave the starting base, also when I refresh the app to try and fix it I have to start again from scratch.

having the same issue does anyone know a solution? I can do anything in the spawn area except leave ):

Try downloading the game from App Store. You should be able to anything because the game is not jail-broken. Then delete it and download the jail-broken version and see if anything changed
