  • Springtomize 3 - There are a whole heap of customizations that you can make to you iOS device with this app, including hiding unused apps, resizing icons, creating nested folders, changing fonts and much more.
  • F.lux - It essentially gets rid of that nasty blue hue that your screen emits in favor of a warmer color temperature. This assures that you don’t get eye strain.
  • iCleaner - If you ever need to clear up space on your jailbroken iPhone, there’s a Cydia app that can clear out temporary files and other unnecessary files in order to make more room without deleting important data.
  • Eclipse 2 - adds the missing dark mode to iOS making it possible for users to have a completely different look on their devices. Eclipse not only affects the stock apps and different aspects of iOS but it also adds a dark mode to third-party applications. 
  • UpScale - UpScale allows you to change the resolution of your iOS device, making it possible for iPhone 5 and iPhone 5s users to have iPhone 6’s resolution. iPhone 6 users can get iPhone 6 Plus resolution as well.
  • TypeStatus - Know before you receive an iMessage when the other person is typing the message. Really cool but at the same time functional.
  • BioProtect ( iPhones with TouchID ) - ery functional tweak that adds an extra layer of security to your device. Have a spouse or friend creeping around your device? Worry no longer, this tweak allows you to lock individual applications with a TouchID enabled.
  • Phantom for Snapchat - Supercharge snapchat! Send camera roll photos or videos to friends or post to your story. Save photos and videos without signing into another app.
  • iFile - A fully featured file browser on iOS!
  • Alkaline - Set mini themes for your battery icon, from sleek to more modern.
  • CallBar - An unobtrusive way to answer and hold calls while continuing the task you were doing before the phone call.
  • Harbor -  Brings the OS X dock to iOS. Quickly swipe through many apps on your dock, a zoom animation is activated and it allows you to fit many more apps in the dock.
  • Power Saver Mode - Ports the iOS 9 “Low Power Mode” onto iOS 8.3 devices and is better functionality wise. Although it does not alter CPU usage like iOS 9 does, this tweak allows you to disable unneeded power saving methods if desired.
  • CameraTweak 3 - Make your camera application much smarter and more useful. Add grids, extra quality settings and more direct control over video and photo settings.
  • ReachApp - The very first Cydia tweak to introduce a multipane multitasking system. Still in the works but brings that Android multitasking experience over to iOS 8. Definitely one of the best out of these top Cydia tweaks.
  • TinyBar - makes Banner Notifications fit in the Status Bar.
