I rather have the iPad Pro, dude can you imagine a 12.9 Inch device in your hands, like the MacBook, but I'm getting both ill get the phone first, the mini 3 has 1 GB ram I think idk

The iPad Pro is saoid to have 2 audio jacks and 2 USB inputs who knows and whats type C

6+ has 1GB of RAM, Apple isn't going to change the new iPhone 6s/6s+ RAM because they're not much different but who knows Apple always surprises us
