Hi,

Please see details below.  I sincerely hope someone here can try to help me.  I really think my ipad is legitimately broken. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Ambrosia

**Details About Device:**

iPad 6th generation running on iOS 14.3

**The problem:**

I had to re-jailbreak my ipad with checkra1n (current version .12.2), it said it was successful but then my ipad went blank, the logo appeared and it's stayed frozen like this for hours. It won't even turn off.

** What I’ve Tried So Far**

I did a hard reset, holding the power button and home button, it turns off for 5 seconds and then turns on but stays stuck with the black screen and apple logo. I plugged it into my computer hoping itunes would recognize it, but nope, no response. I don't know what to do.

I tried a DFU restore- this did not work. Itunes will not recognize my device, neither will checkra1n

**List of Tweaks:**

I had previously jailbroken my ipad and never ran into this issue before.

**Recently Installed/Updated Package(s):**

Recently installed Cydia after the checkra1n installation confirmed the jailbreak was successful

Put the device into DFU mode then restore with iTunes

If it won't recognize your device then your usb cable / driver is having problem or you didn't put into dfu mode correctly

Have you tried Plugging it into a PC or mac and loading Checkra1n Up Cause it gives an option to place Device into DFU mode

Before using checkra1n

Yeah i tried both. Checkra1n and itunes both will not recognize the ipad. I even had a friend of mine try, and he's done it before with his own apple products, and even he couldnt get it into DFU mode. I am so upset.
