My internet speeds are actually ok, but not the best.

Korean internet is actually bad. True, they boast some of the best connection speeds, but only for local stuff. Internationally its almost as bad as China and in some instances worse. And even some local stuff are firewalled.

About 50-55 USD depending on exchange rate.

China has a firewall which blocks everything. They cannot even access Google, Facebook, YouTube etc. China has a very slow internet.

Tough luck bro. Went to Aus a few times (perth for school trip and some other place I forgot for military training) and the impression I receive was that price of living is really high.
