I.P Chat costs more to have more members in it (Limit right now is 5)

What i suggest is we find an alternative shout box that works on mobile, cuz I.P Chat is a separate page ppl will go to. They won't feel like going, that won't generate forum activity the way shout box has been doing all this time

But IP.Chat is accessible by mobile & desktop users and shoutbox is accessible by only desktop and tablet users so limiting IP.Chat would be... not good. It should be vice versa, no?

nah, I.P Chat won't be as active on mobile/desktop. I suggest finding a mobile-alternative for Shoutbox

We can make the iOSGods theme responsive and get rid of the mobile theme completely. That way Shoutbox will work on mobile devices.

Shoutbox should be renamed to Chatbox

We can do that.

I think it'll be a good idea. Save for the requests and support posts in ip.chat. lmao.

What about new members? I.P Chat will become more expensive as more members want to come in, leaving a burden of forum finances. Plus, i doubt NEW members wonna go to a whole separate page, a shout box is convenient, its right there if they wanna go chat

All part of the learning curve. Just like any other forum. They'll eventually find it and if they like it, they'll stay. If not, too bad.

The chat is 98% used by older members anyways

Doesn't matter. Just limit one for older members with ranks. Saves us from the ones always asking for hacks
