1. Uninstall Apple Application Support, Apple Mobile Device Support, iCloud and iTunes 12.2.1

3. Reboot the computer.

 

4. Install iTunes 12.0.1: Windows 32-bit - Windows 64-bit - OS X.

 

 

 As of version 2.4.3 of TaiG, it supports iTunes 12.0.1 on 64-bit  32-bit Windows.

Why we need to downgrade iTunes to 12.0.1? All my iTunes related software can work with the latest version of iTunes, such as Noteburner M4V Converter Plus.

You don't need to downgrade iTunes for TaiG jailbreak tool to work. The latest version of TaiG works with the latest version of iTunes. If you have a 64-bit PC & encounter driver issue, you just need to install iTunesDriver64 for TaiG to work which is hassle free compare to uninstalling/removing everything then install iTunes again.
