For example, there is a private hack forum only for VIP members, I think that there should be a private chat room for VIPS to talk about their hacks and all that which will be much more easier to keep replying to a topic. i think thats much more easier.

Not sure about this private chat room. We have IP.Chat which users can chat with each other privately but that's it.

 

The VIP topics are private also, only VIP & Staff can view them.
