It is a good idea but it can also be a bad one. If a staff locks the Cheater's topic for x reason, won't that mean he can unlock it without the staff knowing?

I guess so, but do you think you can trust the cheaters? And if people start abusing that extra perm you can remove it?

I believe people will abuse this permission and instead of us having to warn them, it'd be best not to add it at all.

The staff is pretty much 24/7 online. A simple report would get it done ASAP.

a little box like the Shoutbox or a Shoutbox add-on which lets people tune in to listen to someone playing music realtime or something of that sort.

You mean like posting YouTube music videos on the Shoutbox? We already have that.
