Don't you find it annoying going through the cheats, tutorials etc, and after a long read, see that the hack is not working or something similar?

I reckon the problem is in the have to reply thing to see content of the author.

There are like 4 pages with people saying thx...and you have to find someone that edited the comment to see if it worked or still working..

Won't be easier to allow the content for members (not vip sections, of course), the comments would be effective, or a negative comment to get likes and be on top, just after the author's post. This could somehow saves people time.

You can arrange posts in a topic by the amount of likes but yeah, no posts have any likes because nobody goes through them to check for good posts.

We have added a thanks button to prevent even more spamming but it's not available on mobile version unfortunately.

I suggest if Cheaters have the ability to lock/unlock thier topics, say if it's outdated instead of hiding the topic we can lock it by ourselves and update in the future [save the staff from doing to much work] (N/Cheaters Only). Correct me please if it's not quite a good idea.

It is a good idea but it can also be a bad one. If a staff locks the Cheater's topic for x reason, won't that mean he can unlock it without the staff knowing?
