This App has been out on the App Store for quite some time and after waiting nearly a month to get the $15, this is the email that I received:
 

 

Congratulations! Your eGift Card earned by using Taps for Money has been processed and is ready to be sent to you! You just have one more step!

 

All we need you to do now is send us a photo identification of yourself in PDF format. This photo can be a driver’s license, a student ID, or a passport. To send us this identification, please reply to this email. We wish we didn’t have to require this step, but, unfortunately, with hackers out there we have to do this to ensure that each person is only getting one gift card!

 

Send this photo identification to us within 30 days to receive your eGift Card! As a warning: failure to respond to this email within 30 days will result in you not receiving your gift card. Additionally, if the identification is not sent in PDF format, you will not receive your gift card.

So even though it's extremely easy to create as many email accounts as you want, it's not so easy to provide photo identification for multiple attempts (unless of course that's your thing which I won't say I approve or disapprove of, I just know you guys exist). Also, I just love how they call out hackers for trying to find exploits to earn a quick buck. Guess it isn't our lucky day guys
