Same issues here as well

Deleted the plugin folder as suggested and reinstalled.  The plug in is now showing as enabled in Mail, but Sideloadly says it isn't. "Local anisette init fail: plugin installed but seemingly not enabled".  the local anisette options is greyed out for me, and clicking 'Download' hangs the app.  Monterey 12.2.1

on my Mac, the sideloading app throws a Failed: (3019) Authentication Error. To continue developing with your Apple ID, Xcode 7.3 or later is required. (I chose the mode no Anisette) It also says that I did not include the plugin, although I did, after installing the altstore plugin and now it writes like this: : f8880e@ 1052:f8880e@859:f8880e@758:f8880e@190:39fdba Anisette failed: Anisette failed error: Timeout expired(I chose the mode local)

Please use local anisette. That was released to fix this issue.

Please setup and install local anisette when asked to do so then follow the instructions to enable the Mail app plugin. It is required in order to proceed.

I have already done this.  Deleted the plugin folder as requested last night, allowed Sideloadly to re-download the anisette data and enabled the plugin in Mail, restarted Mail, but Sideloadly still gives the error as follows:

Also, I just spotted there is an additional copy of the plugin in ~/Library/Application Support/Sideloadly/...

Sadly, deleting the contents of that folder and reinstalling Sideloadly has not fixed the issue.
