I have a problem with sideloadly. There is this error, "failed to check for updates: sideloadly.io/exe/darwin-amd64.json": dial 1" that prevents it from loading up.  I use Mac Silicon and the latest OS.

I get this error when I open sideloadly:

Failed to init layer 2: Guru Meditation 8d5d2b@10:ad7080 cannot import name 'x509' from 'cryptography.hazmat.bindings._rust' (/Users/me/Library/Python/3.8/lib/python/site-packages/cryptography/hazmat/bindings/_rust.abi3.so). v0.22.2, Darwin 12.0.1, amd64

I am using macOS Monterey 12.0.1 on Intel macbook 2017

Python 3.10.0 installed.

Downloaded sideloadly from sideloadly.io

uninstalled and installed many times.

In my computer there is only /Users/me/Library/Python/2.7 path. I assume this error could be there is no 3.8. I could not find how to put 3.8 in there.

When I enter "python --version" in terminal I get "Python 3.10.0"

This is answered in the FAQ. Did you check?

Of course. I read FAQ again now. Is it the section about my problem:

Q: How do I fix "The version of cryptography does not match the loaded shared object. This can happen if you have multiple copies of cryptography installed in your Python path. Please try creating a new virtual environment to resolve this issue."?
A: If you are receiving this message, please reinstall Sideloadly from the latest links.

I have reinstalled more than 5 times. Could not solved. Actually I don't have /Users/me/Library/Python/3.8 path.
