    Reason: Incompatible library version: pyexpat.so requires version 8.0.0 or later, but libexpat.1.dylib provides version 7.0.0. v0.18, Darwin 10.13.6, amd64

    How does one fix this, or what is the problem to begin with?

    may i please ask how can you take the ipa out from your iphone to PC? ( i tried email it but it turned out to a zip file with brunch files inside )

    It doesn't work on my windows 10, it says I can't open cause the version its to old for my pc, its there any update or way to fix that?

    You likely cannot unless you're Jailbroken.
