Try to uncheck "Don't use Anisette authentication". If that doesn't work go to your appdata folder (windows key + r, then type %appdata%) and delete the sideloadly folder and then try again.

I had the error of "Guru Meditation" I rebooted my phone and I was able to Install my IPAS.
