The official release of Windows 10 is the 29 of July as if I am writing right now. But what many people don't know is that the 29th July is the release to people who took part in the Windows 10 insider program. Other Microsoft/Windows users compatible with Windows 10 have to wait days and maybe weeks until Microsoft unlocks the update for you.
