It seems that I can’t see any other player base in the game. I remember seeing them when I’m new to game and then when I unlock the snow place. Then after I raided them, they’ve disappeared and never seen them again. Have you guys the same issue? Let me know. 
 

also, the hack doesn’t work on the crater.

Yep I know that if you raided them, the will disappear. In my case, I haven’t see one again. I think it almost 2 weeks.

I don't think its an issue.. For my opinion, it's just a normal thing to happen even in real life... you robbed a man's house, or even exploded them with c4s, definitively it will disappear or they will leave.. lol! i think that's the default scenario if im not mistaken.. once you raided them, they will have a timer on them and when that timer ends, it will disappear for good.. 

for the crater, yeah, hack doesn't work on it.. atleast for my part also.. maybe iosgods is working on it.. hopefully cuz its so hard to live there.. lol!
