Crash on login / loading screen? If so im checking whats wrong

In the first screen when you open the game , when it says tap to login , when you input a name so you start playing it crash there , also i tested it on an account with some progress same issue in the loading screen it crash idk if there is a way i can send a screen recording so you can see
