Have you tried UDIDFaker or duplicating the game?

Moved to support.

delete keychain.db and done

Nooo, just delete the game string if it exists but not the whole file. It may cause problems so make a backup.

If most of the options you've tried doesn't work then your final bet would be to contact the company and tell them to unban you. If you have any IAP receipts send them also.
