Help/Support App not working and annoying ads

@DADi you said I would be issued credit for the time the services were down. It was down over a month. Yet I’m being charged again on January 2020. Where is my credit!?! Is my credit happening or was it just scam words?

I believe you are talking about ViP, which is separate from App+. You will be reinstated for App+ since that’s the service which you could not access.

@DADi the app has not worked in 2 weeks now. It really didn't last long. What good is VIP subscription if the app to download the apps don't work? Is it too much to ask for this to work as promised? I have canceled my subscription. I won't be renewing unless credit is given and this is actually fixed.

Were you revoked again? If yes, you should have received an email already with further instructions when the revoke gets fixed. And right now all revokes are fixed.

Thank you. It finally worked. Why does it always take so long to repair it? Is there a reporting tool or sonething we can do as customers when the app gets revoked? It happens so often and every time it takes several weeks for it to get fixed. This would be cool if the price was cheaper but for the amount we pay here, I shouldn't have to wait a month to get service. Thanks.

It actually gets fixed within 24 hours, and we send an email as soon as it's fixed. On rare occasions such as when a revoke wave happens it may take longer.

So if you do get revoked, keep an eye on your email to get notified when it's fixed.

So I got the email saying the app was back up. So I tried to install it and it says you ran out of certificates. It also said I would be given a credit for the time. My sub is set to expire in Feb 10. Am I getting credit for the time lost? I haven't gotten a single day creditted yet. This should be a Reddit.
