Step to fix:

1,Check your unc0ver/Sileo or Chimera version if it on the latest version

2,If it on the latest version check that if you install any conflict tweak or source (problem)

3,If u can't delete your source (please make sure you have filza):Directory:etc/apt/source.list.d/cydia.list and remove that source that u can't delete

4.reboot (not respring) rejailbreak and enjoy
