No events and need an update

Hello.

Sector 7 is no longer accessible. Requests an update.

Where is events ? Events is very very rare. No drop, no army truck. Where is events thats visited by know player Yunjimbo ? Where is the Chinese ? etc etc etc ? 

I'm level 113. Barker is dead, i have chopper, i started wathtower. What is continuation of mission ? There is nothing more to do.
