Yeah multi item “bans” you until the next tour. (So like 7 days). It doesn’t really ban you, it’s just that the game fully glitches out and you can’t play. And as long as you have one ticket, you gain them instead of losing them. And if you earn one you go up to 9999 and it stays there. So I have 9999999 gold and 9999 tickets for everything

Hello after turning on the Multi items I now have 9,999,999 coins which upon earning more than the amount I now have -9,999,999. Now when I want to buy something, it says that I have not enough coins is there a way to fix this?
