I beat the big guy, and I got the Z card, and I kept searching the area, and I ran into a dead car, I picked up the engine, I tried to get out of the area with it, and I got killed on the green zone. When I showed up, my body was gone, and neither was the engine. I guess the engine must have its importance at some point in the game can be for the zombie truck, or the helicopter so I wanted to know if at some point the big one reappeared and the engine too. because I found the carcass that only appeared randomly and there was no engine.

Compared to the zombie witch, there is no timing before she reappears. I blocked the game? Should I start again?
