Empty Cydia Sources/Repos after updating Cydia?

That happened to me aswell when i updated to 8.4 and jailbreaked my iPad.

All the repos were empty with no packages. I re-added the repos and worked

WOAH! THANKS! I thought i'm the only here with this problem. Will try it ASAP! (y)

This happened because you exceeded the maximum number of packages (65250). If you remove some big repos it works again

Go into the Uncover App turn off all the options , ONLY select the restoreFS option , remove your passcode lock and your find my iPhone and put your phone into airplane mode then run the “restore FS” when your phone reboots and the fs has been restored , go back into Uncover settings and select “re-install cydia” and “load tweaks “ and run the jailbreak , if you get an issue where your phone reboot to early while running the jailbreak just select the “ Hide Log Window” option in the settings and it should work
