its stuck in infinite boot everytime I unlock blank sceen then even same thing in safe mode

im restoring ow but just incase for furture

i upgraded on my phones and my iphone 5c is using same details could this do anything

also is there a way i can buy apps,music and in app purchases on iphone 4 jailbreak then get t over on iphone 5c

and can i buy more cloud storage??

press home and power button for abaout 10 sec. then when you see the apple logo let go of the home and power button and press the volume up botton (+) until you iDevice boots up
