IGG Initialisation Failed ( Reboot device)

I purchased IGG this morning and came across this error as shown in the attachment. I’m currently clueless on what to do to resolved the issue, as I have tried rebooting my device and reinstalling the IGG for countless times. I have also tried launching IGG for 20 times for several times. I also tried using vpn and making sure that I don’t have any tweaks for IGG. Nonetheless, I’m still stuck with this issue, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
