Help/Support Cercube 5 app cannot download videos

Hello all,

I am having a problem with Cercube 5 on my non-jailbroken iPhone XR (iOS 12.2). The app was downloaded off the iOSGods app. I have reinstalled Cercube several times as well as reinstalled the iOSGods app but I cannot download videos through Cercube. I have followed all the instructions for the app. Although I am signed in with a "ghost account", when I try to download a video, a message shows "Authentication required. Login or create a Cercube account to save videos or remove ads. It's completely free!". I have signed in and out of the account to no avail. It seems like this issue is also occuring for others, because the post regarding Cercube 5 on this forum has comments stating downloads don't work. If someone could fix this, that would be great!
