I think I got a soft banned or something, I mean my restaurant no longer have customers coming in and out. Many refreshes are set to 0 so I can't play the wheel anymore. I am still be able to do something else as usual but no longer capable of earning rewards from customers.

Same and it is the device ban. Now I start a new one without hack and the ban is occurs immediately.

Only jailbroken device has options to turn on and off as your desire. The non-jail cannot. Maybe not tapping the iosgods icon to nit activate the hack? once tapped the hack is active.

@TimidNova I don’t know but I think many people having some problem and this somehow should help them but non-jail version should have separate option for freeze energy and currency because if they can’t turn those off they can continue the game as everything will force them to reconnect,

Because it’s non-jail. Some features required some options to be turned on or off to use it properly or perfectly so yeah if you can’t turn off the freeze currency or freeze energy you will always end up with reconnectIon pop up. I have decided to use my old phone as jailbroken to play the game so I have all options that under my control at any moment. Freeze energy works as long as you don’t touch any stations and freeze currency for me seems to be the most headache of all time. Easy to be un-syncs.
