The installation is complete and just respring the device. You'll find it in your recently added tweaks in Cydia. Just download the game from the app store if you haven't already and you'll see the mod menu when you start the game.

@DiDA I've got the latest version for this hack and for some reason my one shot bow kill doesn't work while the alternate part "high rate of fire" seems to be working. Can you help me please

I just thought I'd bring it to attention and be helpful, wasn't my intention at all to offend anyone. I certainly do appreciate his hard work and the effort he put into the mod as I also stated in the last reply. I'm sorry again if it looked like I was trying to be smart or anything like that. Same here! Too many bugs in the hack. 1) Weapons break down despite infinite duration switched on 2) The movement speed increasing option doesn't work 3) When trying to use bow the game crashes 4) Item duplication doesn't work as well Just trying to help you out by letting you know the problems with the last hack (v1.9). Thanks for releasing it so fast and hope you'll fix it soon alongside with making other options available as well. @DiDA

So I followed all your steps and still encountered the same problem. After executing the command in Terminal this was the last sentence in there I tried to respring the device and install the deb file but would not work
