When I download a game it shows the iCloud button and says it could not be installed because the integrity is unknown how do I solve this?

I don’t understand this, what do I do I need super dumbed down version. Do I need to use a computer or can it just be on iPhone. I just want to play township but the freeze currencies won’t work and trying to solve it 😂

Hi I downloaded and it gave me the option to buy cash with ‘tokens’ and that worked no issues I did a few money purchases and a couple donut then I went off it to look at the town but can’t do it again and can’t get to that page again? If I click to get more it now takes me to purchase only donuts and app crashes if I try, the token option that worked isn’t there anymore and no cash options either 😩 have I broke it 😂
