yes uninstall it and reinstall. first i had the same issue but now its working fine.

use icleaner and clear your cache. and as per official site instruction clear uicache with command. it will work one more thing. did you register your device in official website?? if yes then uninstall igg and clear cache and reboot device then reinstall igg.

@dalynbutler hi bro i have one question ?? for new recoil and fast bullet land should i change the range ?? because when i search the vapue it shows more than 2000 and 400+ values. which i change all and game closes automatically?? hope you understand what is my question?? please reply me back . waitng for your response its compatible . because i m running it on 11.3.1 without any issue. if want want working igg then buy it directly from igg website. if you are getting intializing failed after purchasing igg. try to open igg 20 times( official website instructions) so it will work. thanks
