yes uninstall it and reinstall. first i had the same issue but now its working fine.

use icleaner and clear your cache. and as per official site instruction clear uicache with command. it will work one more thing. did you register your device in official website?? if yes then uninstall igg and clear cache and reboot device then reinstall igg.
