    You may have two factor authentication for your iTunes account. Easy way to go around this, just go to manage your Apple ID (https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin) and under security click on “generate app specific password” when promoted to type something just type anything ex.(Pubg) and it will give you a password, copy it and when you go to Cydia impactor and it asks you to sign in using your iTunes acct just type in your Apple ID and for the password paste the generated pass you copied earlier and it should work !!
