I upgraded Cydia APT and it got stuck in the installing screen. I decided to reboot my device. When I rebooted it, I enabled jailbreak. After that, I went to cydia but cydia won’t open. I tried some few solutions but it won’t work. Can somebody please help me?

My device started doing random respring every hour or so. I tried uninstalling my tweaks, but it won’t stop. I tried uninstalling tweakinjector. It worked, but I pretty much can’t use the hacks I downloaded. Can someone please find a solution in this problem? It would be appreciated!
