    You’ll need cydia, download Localiapstore from cydia and then enable it in settings. Go to fallout shelter and purchase one thing, take the game out of the app switcher and go in it again and then buy again. For some reason the game dosent allow you to purchase two things at the same time. Hit the cancel button when you see the purchase screen
