I am able to run this game at lowest graphics with 60+ fps with intel 4000 i5-3000 but, your problem may need a new ram. I got 16 gb ram DDR3 Oh, you cracked the game. That is the issue/ maybe, I bought it. I would recommend you to do the same, torrents are really unstable.
